Assessment Manager housekeeping

When did you last clear out your Assessment Manager? Is anyone in your department charged with keeping on top of your data records? Do you upload all your classes every year or do you promote Year eight into Year nine so that their assessment record remains with them? Have you set up a third level password to protect your data? We suspect that there may well be a lot of neglected data out there.

At this time of year we often hear from teachers struggling to upload CSV files.
The most common reason for a CSV file failing to upload is that the column headings have been changed or removed.
The second most common is the presence of an apostrophe in one of the student names – Excel requires that these be removed.
